Calling All Vendors!
Raleigh Wide Opens brings thousands of people to the streets of Downtown Raleigh for music, food and beverage, arts and crafts, family fun, and the best people-watching anywhere. During our event, taking place in 2025 on Friday, Oct. 3-Saturday, Oct. 4, Fayetteville Street and downtown side streets come alive with vibrant art, local products, and delicious food and drink that help attendees have a great time with friends and family.
Applications are now open for vendors to showcase the region's rich offerings. Raleigh Wide Open hosts three categories of vendors: Food Truck Vendors, Art Market Vendors, and Main Street Market Vendors. We welcome you to apply for the category that fits you best. Click the link to complete the application, then come back to this page to pay the corresponding fees. Once the application is submitted and the fee is paid, we will consider you for the festival.
2025 Raleigh Wide Open Food Vendor / Food Truck
If you plan to sell ready-to-eat, cooked and prepared food from either a booth or truck, use this application. Afterward, you’ll need to return to this page and click the button below to pay the $200 refundable deposit (more info in the application).
2025 Raleigh Wide Open Art Market Vendor
The Art Market showcases folks who create their wares by hand, themselves. Categories include jewelry, wood-working, prints, traditional folk art, paintings, fiber arts, etc. — something someone would display or wear. Find more info in the application. You’ll need to pay the $15 application fee using the button below in order to be considered.
2025 Raleigh Wide Open Main Street Market Vendor
Our Main Street Market is for businesses selling items made or bought by others: local shops, services, and retail. This could include vintage goods, collectibles, handmade candles and soaps, pre-made packaged foods, T-shirts, and other small businesses whose presence may enrich the festival experience.
